By submitting this form, I understand that:


1. If selected I must pay the vendor fee (varies per event) within 48 hours to lock in my spot, or it will be given to someone else.

2. I must bring my own table, chairs, racks, tent etc (unless otherwise stated), and follow instructions provided to me by coordinators.

3. I understand I am signing up for the entire duration of the time slot. I will not leave early or come late. Doing so may affect your acceptance to future markets.

4. I understand that we prioritize applications from queer and BIPOC vendors. We cannot guarantee anyone a spot, however we urge you to always re-apply.

5. I understand the vendor fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.

6. I understand The MPDM is providing a space to vend, but is not responsible for the quantity sold.

7. I understand MPDM will contact me via email if I am selected as a vendor.


**Covid policy: must notify @manicpixiedreammarket at least 12 hours in advance with a positive covid test for a vendor fee transfer within two months of equal or lesser value.


**Rain policy: if Manic Pixie Dream Market decides the rain is a high enough percentage to cancel the market, vendor fees will be transferred to a following date within 2 months of equal or lesser value.
